The Department of Management Studies was established in 2010 with an intake of 60 students for the PG Programme. Since its inception, the department has been dynamic and progressive, offering a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at SLN, which holds the distinction of being the only college in Raichur district to provide an MBA course.
The learning pedagogy emphasizes real-life applications through management games, mock
drills, role plays, case discussions, group discussions, and live projects. These
methods ensure practical exposure and align students with corporate expectations.
Additionally, the department provides unique facilities to develop students’
entrepreneurship, leadership, and management skills, fostering talents and qualities
essential for success in the business world.
